(1) How far in advance should we book Moonlight for our wedding?
To ensure availability for your preferred dates, we recommend booking at least six months ahead. Our calendar fills quickly as we take on only a limited number of weddings each year to give each one the attention it deserves. Prime wedding seasons get booked first, so early planning is ideal.
(2) Are there any additional costs apart from photography and filmmaking?
Yes, a few. For weddings outside our base city, clients are expected to cover travel, lodging, and meals for our team, unless these are already part of a custom package. If your schedule extends beyond the agreed days or hours, additional charges apply based on our standard rates. Everything is shared transparently upfront.
(3) What sets you apart from other wedding photographers?
We focus on connection, not posing. Our approach is rooted in storytelling, capturing emotions that feel natural rather than staged. We work closely with every couple to understand their bond and design shoots that reflect their journey. From pre-wedding chats to the final edit, the process feels more like collaborating with a friend than hiring a vendor.
(4) How big is your team?
Our core crew typically includes 6 to 10 members depending on your wedding’s scale. Each person handles a specific role; cinematography, photography, drone work, lighting, and coordination. For larger or multi-day weddings, we scale up to ensure nothing gets missed.
(5) Where are you based and do you travel for weddings?
We’re based in Surat & Mumbai in India, but travel wherever love takes us. From mountain-top vows to beachside ceremonies, destination weddings are a part of what we do. Tell us your plans and we’ll build a team and timeline around your location.
(6) How do we receive our photos and films?
Once editing is complete, we share a secure, password protected gallery link. It features face recognition for easy navigation and can be shared with your loved ones. All high-resolution files can be downloaded directly. We also send a hard copy of the entire collection (edited and raw) on an SSD for easy access and safekeeping.
(7) Do you help with making an album?
We focus on digital storytelling. In today’s era, digital galleries are easier to access, preserve, and share. Your entire collection will be organized beautifully online, ready for viewing anytime, anywhere.
(8) We’re camera shy. Will our photos still look good?
Most of our couples feel the same way before their shoot. Our method is about helping you feel at ease, not putting you in awkward poses. We start by getting to know you, understanding your story, and planning an experience that feels familiar. Through simple prompts and shared activities, we bring out your natural chemistry. You won’t even feel like you’re being photographed.
(9) Can we get featured in a wedding magazine or blog?
Many of our weddings have been picked up by leading blogs and platforms, but features depend on several factors; styling, décor, uniqueness, and narrative. We submit standout stories when they align with editorial preferences, but publication is not something we can promise.
